How did the install go?
Mids were always OK with me, 31" inseam, but age and hips make me feel the ride more.

it went very well, the bolt in back of the primary is the only part we’re one might have a problem, like in the video I unscrewed it and pulled it out with a magnetic extension. Very easy install if all the bolts come out with no problems. Mine did.

My hearsay understanding is that the Pan America footpegs will fit. If that's true, than these adjustable pegs should fit.

Amazon Amazon

With the Kawasaki I had and put the lowering peg kit on there was a block or something you had to install to accommodate the brake pedal. If you lower the brake pedal to accommodate those Pan American pegs on the m8 mids and it works great. Problem is if you lowered the brake pedal on the softail m8 with mid controls will it be effective. most are raising the pedal for more leverage.I don’t know, just throwing this out there. I have talked with dk custom’s about certain peg set ups they have and the brake lever on the mid control models is problematic.

It is the black kit but the shifter shaft and linkage is chrome. I don’t mind as I have a little chrome here and there on my bike.

That's how the HD forwards come for the M8 softail LRS chrome lever and rod, I replaced mine for black ones at my cost, I wanted almost everything blacked out personally, also the brake petal is pretty average that comes with the kit,, apparently the chrome forwards are better with some painting them black over the chrome

I ordered the kit, I don't like all black so some chrome is good with me.
