My bike!

Hey Jamie, thanks for the work you guys put into it! I am anxiously waiting to open it up down in Daytona in a week or two for bike week.

Just a heads up, its the SE/ward manifold, not HPI.

Making a decision about exhaust. So far dealer offers three options : Eliminator 300, V&H Big Shots Staggered and S&S Super Street 2in1. Kinda like the look of 2in2's. I suppose the Elim300 are pretty good but "only" slipons so no power gain. The Big Shots Staggered look great to me and price wise between the Eliminators and S&S. But I am kinda worried about (too much) noise. I mainly want my FXLRS to sound a bit more mean, bassy but don't want to make my eardrums pop when riding the bike (I always ride with ear protection). Are the Big Shots Staggered ok? Or too loud? Any advice is welcomed!

First if at all possible monetarily and it sounds like it is get what you WANT the most. You won't regret the extra money if you get what you want.
"to sound a bit more mean, bassy but don't want to make my eardrums pop"
More sound but not too much, more base & thump, not raspy off throttle drag or "backtalk" especially not pops. That is what I think you are saying.
S&S 2-1 Superstreet. The right sound and flow & performance improving. If you still want a little more volume & boom swap out the factory Db reducer for this one just cut it to the same length. My 2 cents.

I can't seem to find a "S&S Streetmaster" for my Low Rider S on the S&S website, only the Superstreet.

Streetmaster does not exist.

Lots of testing here:

Do you have wide band O2 sensors. Website says some sensors might not fit. What baffle do you have?

I have the narrow bands and the 1960-0 was plenty big to support 157hp/165tq. Larger baffles get really loud (I tried).
