2020 Low Rider S owners

Has anyone one raised there bars with the LA Choppers 2 inch riser extension for 1.25 bars. Wondering if the clutch cable and brake line have enough slack? I saw online a dyna low rider s installed with no problems. Has anyone did this mode to a softail LRS? Are the stock bars 1 inch or 1 .25?

I currently do not own a Harley Davidson. I'm currently torn between two bikes that are vastly different. I like the Iron 883 and the lowrider S. Before I explain my reason my riding experience consists of dirt bikes only. I ride often and my current dirt bike costs more than a new Iron 883. So I like the Iron 883 for price, plan on converting it to a 1275 once I'm comfortable. I love the look of the lowrider S, the fact that it has everything Im looking for so I won't need to change anything but the price is literally double that of a new Iron 883 and I don't know if the power is to much. I'm getting different answers from everyone and I know what bike the dealership is going to push me towards. So what bike would you recommend for someone with my riding experience. Thanks guys.

How tall are you? I love your Sportster idea. But I’m 6’4 and will never fit it well. Also the peanut tank would have to go as I need the ability to do longer rides and reasonably comfortably. The 1275 & 883’s gearing would rip the quarter mile and shock many sport and “fast” bike riders. My friend only 5’8 140 plans to do the 1275 with his 48.
I bought a Sport Glide. Blacked out motor & pipes, T bar, K crash bars, 1.75 shock extension, tall dark windshield on factory fairing IE more dyna bro look. Immediately did a stage 3 (much tammer than a 1275) with Harley extreme heavy breather, Harley tuner, S&S 2-1 EPA compliant exhaust to retain full 2 year unlimited mile warranty.
I’ve put on 14,000 run hard but maintained miles in the first 12 months. Zero issues. Bike dynoed 116 HP so fast but not super fast. Seen 128” conversion (bike comes with shorter stroke) on softail make 162 HP 160 TQ on pump premium. So either bike can be made to scream. Another odd thing I did for acceleration is a simple relatively inexpensive gear & pulley swap to change the final drive ratio from factory 2.79 to 3.15. No need for the theoretical 170 mph top speed 150 would be fine. I’ve only been to 140 so.

Coming from a super sport background, I can tell you first had that when you’re dealing with two cylinder motors you have so much more control over power delivery operating your motorcycle compared to four and three cylinder motors. That said, I believe that most people would become bored and disappointed with a Sportster (any Sportster) over a short period of time because of the power it doesn’t produce when you’re absolutely comfortable with it. Some find themselves stuck with something hard to sell in order to get exactly what they want. My suggestion would be to test ride the bikes you want, back to back, and make your decision from your experience after. I didn’t do that and bought a Fat Bob 114 and tested a Low Rider S a few weeks later and found that I bought the wrong bike. That was a very expensive mistake to correct.

Mike, I've been looking at this same exhaust. Did you have to swap brake pedals? I started to buy the exhaust on Revzilla, but they Softails with mid-controls require an S&S brake pedal. Then, when I tried to buy the S&S brake pedal listed for that pipe, the Revzilla site said that part doesn't fit the 2020 Low Rider S.
