So I went and bought new Low Rider S. It should be ready in two weeks. I am not very good at waiting :P Thanks for all the advices. I am pretty sure I can make that bike just the way I like.
There were one Low Rider S on the floor that was already sold.

Good choice on the LRS. I really like the sport glide and it will most likely be the next bike in the stable. I want to get the wife on one so I can take over her 1200 iron and build it into a little monster. Coming from metrics you’ll really appreciate the brakes and steering feel on the front end. 3500 miles on the clock, and the 12th makes it one month since purchase and I regret nothing. It will tour two up for weekenders no problem.

Only thing I don't like about doing it that way is now I need to have a key for the ignition, a key for the Easy Brackets, a key for the saddle bags and a key for the trunk. And if you want to keep somoneone from stealing your trunk and your fairing you need another key for each of them. Now I got a key ring for my motorcycle that looks like I am a high school janitor.

Still have to wait two weeks the LRS but nothing is preventing to buy some accessories already. :P
Ordered saddlebags: https://www.endscuoio.com/product/folk/
Next need to figure out if would need to buy new Garmin or maybe Tackform for mobile phone for navigation. Also looking for more luggage space for weekend tours. Saddlemen have some nice sissy bar bags and Harley new Onyx series looks pretty nice too.
