I know the rear wheel looked off center on my 2102 48. I even brought it up to the shop and they said "they aren't all perfect" so I left it at that since it never seemed be an issue while riding.

My 19 fxbb is the same. I think it’s the fender. I told a manager at my dealership, showed him the same thing on another new fxbb, he said “well look at that, they are off” then he just walked away and went about his day.

Regardless of the oneven swingarm all my wheels are dead center of the fender on all my Harley's ( I have 6 of them at this moment ) just the latest FXBB was off a bit but solved that myself
when changing the wheelring to a 4,5". On a laced wheel is it possible but not with a casted wheel, of center is of center but I can fix that wit different spacers even when needed behind the
brakedisc or pulley. I also I have a lathe at my disposal where I can turn the hub if needed, there is nothing that bothers me more than that the wheel is not in the center of the fender and
certainly not when you lower the bike.

As said, you have a laced wheel and is no problem to center that wheel against the fender just adjust the spokes against the hub and you can put the wheelring more left or right against the hub.
This doesn't change a thing on handling from the bike.

This my FXBB that I just changed to a 4,5" with 170, dead center

You are right but admit it does look like **** when they are out of center against the fender . If you only use the bike for riding who cares
but if they have to serve to show off then it is important. It is the same with doorgaps on a car, when you use the car for driving Misses Daisy
it doesn't matter but when you go to a concours or so it matters a lot.
