Windshield suggestion for streetbob
#2
It depends on the look you want and the protection you're seeking.
I really like the Memphis Shades batwing fairing on my Low Rider. It gives great protection which extends out to the hands and you can adjust the chest & head coverage by the height of the windshield you choose.
I've had botha "flyscreen" & "cafe" type fairings over the years on my Jap naked sport bikes (like my '82 GS1100E) and they take most of the pressure off your chest for highway riding, but the batwing works really well for the upright, arms out position on the Harley.

Memphis shades fairings are quick disconnect. Even the batwing.
Check their website, they have a fairly large selection of windshield & fairings for the street bob. Their trigger lock mounting kit is good and makes an easy on/off, but not secured with a keylock, so yeah someone could steal it, only downside.

Note that you need to relocate the turn signals off the handlebars for the batwing fairing. The little bullet fairings will work fine with the stock turn signals mounted, but they don't give protection on the hands like the batwing.
