Default Turn signal relocation

Memphis shades turn signal kit (without OEM lightbar) for 05-10 Harley FLSTN3. Fit my 2020 sport glide just fine but you’ll need to buy slightly longer bolts to attach the fairing connector to the fork unit as the brackets are 1/8” thick. Reassembling the fairing requires some flexing to fit back on. Painful but doable.

I also did a beginners wiring job. Just clipped the wires at the signals and extended them down the inside of the fairing. Cheesy but worked fine and avoided having to remove the tank and re-thread wires. Also looks fine with black shrink tubing around all wiring.

looks good mate, I’ve noticed some floor boards sit higher than stock pegs. So I’m wondering; Do you think you get more “lean angle” / clearance with them or worse?

Default Lean angle

I have the kuyiakyn floor boards and see no difference but I’ve never had a clearance problem with either. I guess if you’re racing on a tight-looped closed track, it could be a concern but not likely in the real world.

I have Kuryakyn boards. I find that I scrape the boards about as often as I scraped my heels with the forward pegs. I prefer scraping the boards than my heels.

I installed the HD boards. I don't scrape solo, but two up. I've scraped the feelers on the boards a bunch! Sounds it makes is pretty disturbing! haha

I'd really like to have the HD floorboard setup, but didn't want to cough up the dough. The Kuryakyn is a decent second place for the $$ in my opinion. Maybe someday I'll find someone giving away thier Fat Boy board setup for dirt cheap.

Hi 14 Ironcross,

Could you please tell me which model chrome switch covers you bought, only they don’t do them specifically for the Glide.
I want to fit them on mine and the Harley dealer will order them for me

Thankyou

Your Bike looks really cool
