How do you like the full HD Stage 1? Considering doing the same for my sport glide in the next two weeks. Would love to hear if you thought it was worth the cost?
here is a list of mods i made to my 2019 Sport Glide
Memphis Shades batwing with 5" windshield in black
relocated turn signals and added CD LED inserts
CD sequential light bar
HD Engine guard and soft lowers
4" curved risers and chrome switches
Stage1 Ventilator + SE street cannons + SEPST
I use my old power vision to monitor her vitals
Garmin drive 60 gps
Soft lowers are so good at eliminating buffetting, i might replace them with hard permanent ones.
So far I am super happy with the bike

I thought the Sport Glide was lively in its stock form, but I’m glad I took it to Stage One.
With a Screamin’ Eagle Ventilator, Rinehart slip-on, SE tuner and a dyno tune from the dealer, my horsepower and torque numbers are equal to a stock 114. I can feel (and hear) the difference. Midrange is more responsive and it pulls right up to the limiter in top gear. I know there’s more to be had with a cam and extra cubes, but I’m happy for now.
As for cost, taking the M8 107 to the same performance level as the 114 cost less than adding the bigger engine option to MSRP on one of the other new softail models.
