This may or may not be relevant, but ...

I have similar type boards on my Fat Bob, mine are from Thrashin' but they're also 8-inch boards that are footpeg replacements. And I had to adjust the brake lever before I could achieve a comfortable fit. It's possible you could make the same adjustments on your Sport Glide, I would imagine the brake levers work similarly. On the Fat Bob there was a clevis at the back of the pedal that could be adjusted out, and resulted in the ability to raise the brake lever almost 2", which made it possible to get a comfortable angle on the board while having the brake pedal sufficiently above it. You might want to check your lever and see if you can do the same thing, I would bet you should be able to.

Thanks for the info on the floorboards, Kevin. They look great. I ordered a chrome set and the adaptors from DK Custom a few days ago.

-Good points. Thanks. I asked the dealer if the brake pedal was adjustable on the Sport Glide to provide more clearance for a boot to slide under. It is not adjustable. The service writer said that they get that question a lot. Anyway, I ordered a set from DK Custom and will move these 8 inch ones to the passenger position.

This picture is from a Low Rider rear master cylinder, it shows the adjustable clevis that can raise the rear brake pedal up a couple of inches. Maybe the Sport Glide is the same in spite of what the service writer says, it worked for me.

You just got a new Low Rider S and you're still creepin' the Sport Glide threads?

That's pretty much exactly what it looks like on the Fat Bob too. Loosening that nut and adjusting that clevis gave me enough adjustment to the height of the brake pedal to accommodate the floorboards.

It would be surprising if the Sport Glide didn't provide similar adjustability.

The Sport Glide rear master cylinder is the same as the others with the clevis.
