I want to see some more pics of the regular thunderheaders, especially on an M8 Fat Boy. The pics on this thread are all the "high pipe" variant and look kind of funky imo. For how popular thunderheaders were on evos and twin cams, I've never once seen them on an M8 in the wild.
I have throw-over bags as well and they clear the pipe no problem. Passenger pegs move up to the higher spot on the frame, no issues with foot placement or heat for me or passengers.
And it still sounds as much like a thunderheader as you can get in an M8

yea that looks a little better than the one in the pic where they are both on the same plane. good looking scooter....i dont have the problem cause i dont have any passengers.

Seem popular on LRS, not actually seen a pic on a Fatboy high or low version, Quantico HD uses them on softail along with Max -cell cams

Nice pipe, I love thunderheader's end cones. But I really liked on the twincam dyna thunderheaders how the rear pipe would go forward and wrap around the timer cover then return back. I'm going to be putting an S&S Superstreet on my Fat Boy because they look like that.
