So far the performance is pretty good. Lower RPM torque in 5th and 6th gear is usable, there's a significant increase in mid~top RPM usefulness.
It's easier to hit 130mph now, but the fuel economy is *** and that upsets me.
I'm averaging around 40mpg, and that's just unacceptable.
Esepcially when I could get 45~50mpg on my SE Torque Cam.
So I need to swap the manifold and injectors and get Jamie and Friends on the tuning case.
I want to get really good fuel economy, and I know power and torque will come with that.

You saw I'm poking around about softail shocks, but my riding isn't like yours.
Foot pads? The Willie G floorboard inserts? Sadly HD doesnt sell them anymore. They float on rubber bulbs just like the stock boards. They're comfy.
My only wish is that I could get a lifter block and lift the boards up an inch and back a half inch, it'd make them better for riding twisties. I need more lean angle.
If someone made miniblocks to lift the stock floorboard pans the way I want, I'd be buying them immediately.
DKCustom's move them out and up, I want to keep them tucked and move them up and back a smidge.

Yes, those. Funny how good stuff gets discontinued for new and not-improved.

My new Stage III cam dropped fuel economy quite a bit, but the tune isn't optimized yet and I'm still breaking the cylinder and rings in. (107 stock ---> 117 SE).
I scheduled optimized performance tune session tomorrow. Looking forward to this. The 117 is the right size displacement for the softail - don't need anything bigger. It gets up and go, go, goes - just like I expected from the factory!

Installed Thrashin mid bend bars on my street bob, perfect riding position when paired with the 9” pullback risers and SDC seat.

I'm not happy with the breather, but it works well. I really wanted to use some AN fittings and black braided hose, but the fittings don't come in the right thread size. I'm still pondering on how to clean it up.

No. It's a T20. Harbor Freight sells sets of tamper proof tore for less than $10. I had a set from a long time ago. Really stupid part to use a tamper proof fastner on. Don't know what HD was thinking there.

Paid off my 2023 lowrider st today. It wasn't an awful loan, but a small win. Never financing a vehicle again
