Got tired of the gas cap rattle since new so used a gift card and got the flush mount cap. Always a worthwhile upgrade.

Getting ready for a weekend exhaust and tuner install. The pipe and tune should be easy enough but I’m thinking on a breather bypass for the SE wedge filter. Found this one on the road glide forum:

Thinking something similar, slightly concerned about sealing the line to the backplate hole.

I’d be worried about the tubes pointing up, bad design.

you can buy a rubber grommet kit from harbor freight and put one in the backing plate and run the fuel line through it. That what I did when I modified my ventilator air filter.

Picked these up today, having installed with a CR483 at the end of the month. 3 weeks of anxious anticipation until then.

Those should bark. Good style for a Breakout though.

These are going to look great on my breakout. The cam is going to give a great lope which will also complement the bike. Definitely going with a hot rod theme with the bike.

Nigel's Transformer strikes again, this time with a western theme.
Had a play around today and made/adapted a blanket carrier.
Used an old leather carrier that I had lying around and added a quick release system taken from an old helmet that I was going to throw out.
Cut down the leather straps to a better length.
Used a hole punch and some leather belt screw in rivets to secure.
Pretty happy with the result
