So far here's what I've ordered today:

T sport fairing off Amazon
Bungking bracket
Thrashin Supply essential bags (and some stickers, obviously)

and hopefully that shock from B2inUT!

Should help me get over that Street Glide lol

PM'd you back. 👍🏻
I got out a little today... I felt maybe a little buffeting over 100 mph, but the windshield was chattering on the fairing so I picked up some crankcase hose at the AutoZone and I have longer bolts already to space it up 1/4" or so. I'll mess around with it if it is necessary.

I've read a lot about the buffeting, seems like it happens to people from all brands (Banks, Amazon brands, Memphis Shades, etc), just gotta get a little creative on lifting or dampening the windshield somehow.

I do a lot of riding at 80mph, lots of crosswinds, so if this helps at all it'll be a worthwhile investment. If not, I'm only out like $205 and whatever time it takes to install.

I've got pretty much the exact same setup on my Dyna and it's dialed... only in gnarly crosswinds do I get any buffeting, really.

Solid rubber stoppers with holes drilled works great. Homemade hardware store anti buffeting kit.

here is a recent review of a klock werks install. Still better off with jd custom’s or rwd. Villain 2 hero has a good bracket set up that he sells for a decent price. I have no problems with the jd custom’s bracket.

good tip. Where does one find the rubber stoppers?

I’ll be installing some wee bit of crankcase hose tonight on the longer bolts I have.

So is it reducing the buffeting by letting air underneath the windshield? I was never really sure if it was the windshield itself causing the vibrations, or the fairing catching wind awkwardly.

I have a box full of nice thick rubber grommets that would likely do the trick, but if not I'll look for some solid pieces like you have pictured!

A lot cheaper than jd’s kit.

Another cool add on is the black headlight trim ring. It cleans it up nice I thought.
