I think they put my foot slightly higher than the stock pegs. I'd give you a side by side, but the stock pegs are already gone. Sorry about that.

So you're saying that your foot is higher because of the angle you gave to the boards and which suits your body shape.
What I wanted to know is if the height of the board in relation to the fixing axis is greater than what it could be with the original footrests.
In fact I wouldn't want there to be an upward shift which would position my knees even higher...

when I put my mini floor boards on I angled them slightly up as you did. I then realized I would have to raise my shifter lever so I readjusted them flat and there was no need to adjust lever.

This is a torpedo level on my thigh while sitting on my bike. I have found this to be the goal for comfort with mid controls. Hips need to be higher or level to be comfortable. Seat, pegs and foot wear need to jive with the level. This is why for me running mid control mini floor boards flat is a must at 6’tall. It’s the cure for the sitting on the toilet feeling 😂.

Good idea, I will control the level of my thigh too and see how I am on the bike, I think my Knees are too much bend, but I get used to and it's only after a long time riding that I feel a little bit cramped...

I just take a photo with the level and as I am 5"11 with 34" inseam, it seems that my knee is too high with the OEM pegs and a Sport Glide seat, will try first to mount Joker Machine mini floorblards...

I meant this to be a response to Stootorial's post above. Apparently I don't know what I'm doing when quoting others, and now I can't figure out how to delete it.

I'm in the middle of this now on my '18 FXLR. I bought the street bob/standard riser and gauge setup with harness. That's plug 'n play and is ready to go now. I yanked the fake gas cap and cut the dash mounting tabs off the tank. Dropped it off to my painter last week of December. Allegedly, he was prepping the tank last week and plans to spray this week. He's going to fill in the fake gas cap indention and smooth over the cut off tabs with bondo. I couldn't sacrifice the extra gallon and a half, so I decided to go this route.

that sport glide seat is a good looking seat. Maybe have it altered. To set you back and up. When you go back the reach becomes an issue.

curious about why you went with a skateboard wheel, and what it’s like to shift and ride with it.

this seat was a cheap investment to find a solution to improve ergonomics, perhaps I will opt for one which raises a little bit more, because it's obvious that if I move back a little further I may have to bring the bar even closer and as I don't want to change the cables, I'm going to start with the mini floorboards as I said above, I hope that will be enough...

you can add a 1” La choppers riser extension with the stock 2020 wires. That is I am running. 5.5 drags with the extension’s and the bars turned down.
