yesterday I lent my Heritage to my brother-in-law for a ride because his Road Glide broke down, and as he had to carry his wife I set the preload to 3, whereas for me alone it's usually 0 and for the return journey he took my LRS and I the Heritage (alone I might add) and well I found the damping better than on the 0 position whereas I thought it was harder, maybe I'll lower it to 2 but I think it's better that way...
so I'm going to do the same on the LRS which is also usually on 0 (I should point out that I also have a Heritage shock absorber on it)
any thoughts ?

I run preload 2 @ 240 lbs, set at 5 generally with a passenger. These feel right via butt dyno measurements.

I picked up this Two Brothers stainless intake off an IG buy sell page. I picked up the head breather bolts from DK Products. I will probably swap the foam filter for a K&N soon. I do plan to swap the pipe to stainless. I'm leaning toward the Fuel Moto Riot, but also considering a Road Rage or a Trask Assault.
Still haven't cleaned the bike up from my ride to the Nor Cal coast.

Everything is wired up and tucked away as well as it can be with my spring seat. Set the bag on the exhaust with a towel to try to see a general idea of how it’s going to look.
It’s a little high but for the stock exhaust it’s as good as it’s gonna get. I’ll hopefully have them installed sometime next week and I can take it out for a ride before I head out on another deployment.
