Question for Breakout FXDR and Fat Boy owners

So, people with a 260 rear tire on their bike, do you like it?
I'm thinking of going with a Metzler setup with a Tourance NEXT 2 in front, and Cruisetec 260 in the rear.
Is a 260 worth it? how does it handle at high speed? Does it wear faster than the 240?

Ordered the LP9 Pro headlight combo kit from Cali Raised Moto. Gonna light the damned world with this thing!

I have used a lot of Baja Design lighting on my Tacoma and it is top notch.

Yes.
I have the 260 Metzeler Cruisetec.
IMO, Yes - even if its just for the looks - fills the rear end nicely.
Feels good and handles well all round - is it better than a 240 - not sure.
(I got a deal on the Metzler front 160/60 R 18 & rear 260/40 VR18 TL (84V))
No idea about wear as I haven't done much mileage.

Been sharing my progress in 2020 Low Rider S owners thread.

Would like to share the finished (for now) product here.

Chain driven, 26/48, w/ Man O-War motor sprocket.

14.5" Race Tech rear and GP front suspension.

At high beam, the LP6, Squadron-R Pro, and S1 combined is obnoxiously bright.

it's not my style, but you did a great job with all these mods, I have followed your thread about this bike...
your kickstand seems to be a little short...
and why didn't you color match the tank with the rest of the machine ?

I got on the damned thing & road it for the 1st time in two weeks after holiday obligations and relentless crappy weather relented.

What a shitty summer here. I guess you folks in the southern tier of U.S. got it a lot worse - we're getting hit with thick wildfire smoke again up here.

Think yourself lucky you're not in the United Kingdom - the weather here is absolutely cr*p!
Not been out for 2 weeks and no let up in the forecast

At least you guys aren't roasting this summer like much of the rest of the world. Some silver lining there.
