Getting ready to install my 4th set at 21k on my fat bob 🙁

Holy jesus.
I got 5200miles out of my OEM set, and I'm at 5400miles on my current set. 21k miles is NUTS.
That is some value for the money.

I've ever gotten close to 10k on a rear tire. And I alway change out F&R at the same time.

Got a little sun down by Ozello Florida. Also almost ate **** in a gravel parking lot. Trying to decide if I want to get some bigger hard bags or a windscreen next.

477 miles in the books, had to cut the route short today so my friend could get home quickly for a family emergency.

Easily the best ride I've ever been on. The S/W part of Wisconsin is stunning, wish I'd had a GoPro or other camera to capture the scenery! I think the longest straight section of road we hit was under 4 miles. We even had the fantastic opportunity to drive down 2-3 miles of gravel roads lol

Incredibly impressed with the Shinko tires as well. Fantastic grip, very smooth.

I normally get 20,000 or slightly more out of front and now more than 11,000 out my rear.
Running Dunlop American Elites on both ends.

20,000 on a rear tire? That’s awesome.

Have to ask what are you running?

No, that was original set of tires. The rear was ready and I had taken a screw in it a week ago and plugged it. Didn't feel good riding on a plugged tire especially with a pillion. The front could have easily gone another 1k miles or more but decided to get them both done to save a trip to the dealer. I had absolutely no complaints with the original scorchers.

I only got about 4k miles out of my original scorchers the rear tyre was 90% worn the front about 60% worn but it was punctured with a nail sticking out, so I decided to replace both too, I decided on Metzeler Cruisetec's for the LRS and are happy so far
