What did you do to your 18+ softail today?

It does rattle slightly over bumps after a couple of years.
I replace those docking bushings every other year and it takes away the rattle for a couple of years.

nice torque line, doesn’t the torque cam usually put out a little more? I like to at least have 1 hp per cubic inch. You are going to an aftermarket cam any way? I need to get mine on the dyno. With my twin cam the goal with stage 2 was the 100-100 club. With the m8 the goal is the 120-130 club.

The big concern was getting my bike to give reasonable fuel economy, and so far this tune has provided that.
I'm getting more gas mileage now than I have ever gotten with this bike.
41.35mpg last fill up, and right now I'm tracking to 44~45mpg. I ticked down to "half" a tank, which usually means about 2 gallons consumed at 90.9miles.
Before hand I would be lucky to get more than 135miles out of a tank.
Now I can expect at least 180 out of a tank on Freeway and some combined city/traffic.
That is immensely better than before, and It'll save me a lot of money on gas.
Makes me pretty freaking happy. I've never gotten this good of gas mileage since I bought the bike, It's always ate so much gas, and now that problem seems to be gone.
Bike also at low RPM has some PULL that it didnt have with the FM tune nor my adjusted FM tune that gave me that kick *** idle sound.
Fingers crossed that the 22XE doesn't end up with me needing a dyno tune to get good gas mileage again.
I'll probably delay the install of the 22XE until I get some important life circumstances taken care of, and take advantage of the very good gas mileage for the summer rides I want to do.

It should, yes. It's probably got a lot to do with the tune, But at this point I'm just going to run the cam until it's time to swap in the 22XE and all that.

While we are doing dyno results, here's my bike from a couple of weeks ago.
Low Rider ST 117, stock cam, S&S super street 2:1, S&S Stealth Air Stinger A/C, S&S 55mm manifold. 114HP, 122TQ.
I will be swapping the cam very shortly. I need to decide on either the S&S 475 or the APE/CR 485. Decisions, decisions....
Pic from a while ago. Bike now has forward controls and the original shorter screen.
