All the scratches and micromarring that came with it from the showroom. It makes me cringe walking through and seeing all the new bikes with them. Pretty sure its from the shipping covers. Then again I am a bit ocd about paint. I detail on the side for fun.

 

Installed my homemade oil cooler guard (#4 stainless wire mesh epoxied to the factory cover & rattle can'd to match). Then went for a ride & killed 100+ butterflies. Mass butterfly infestation due to all the recent rains. Loving the Fat-Boy.

Finished bar swap from stock to 12" KST sraight jacket apes and magnum clutch and brake cables.

 

Changed out some chrome for black. New cam, trans, primary and derby cover. Here's a couple before and afters. Also went with a tab performance slip on exhaust with zombie baffles for a louder sound.

 

Added some LED turn signals front and rear, Eagle Lights 2" sunburst. Wow these are very intense lights even with the tinted lenses, look awesome.
Also added some orange screaming eagle spark plug wires, just for the cool factor. Have a factory cruise control module to add at my 1000 mile service.

Life is good so far with my M8!

 

Blue Ridge Parkway near Little Switzerland, NC

Went out and blew some of the winter dust off the bike today. Blue Ridge Parkway loop and back home. Good to get out and ride!

 

Cracked 100 miles

It came with 26. I put on 102

 

Took the cover of it, unhooked the batt tender and backed it out of the garage. It started right up. Fiddled with this and that, tried out my new seat and backrest. Pushed it back into the garage and hooked it back up to the tender. Did not replace the cover. Insurance goes back on it in two weeks. Felt good to look at it without its Winter coat, and hear it run.

 

Finished polishing and put on a hd brawler seat. Powdercoated my risers, hd fat drag bar, and belt guard.
