Got beltguard back already after dropping off yesterday. Kid did a great job. $15!? Got it on, to accent the pulley. Also pulled axle AGAIN to correctly rout ss cable. I had it flopped on the outside of the swingarm. All torqued to spec. (FINALLY BROKE DOWN AND GOT A SERVICE MANUAL off of eBay. $70, not bad)

 

Looks like a show bike, don't get it dirty.

Closed the deal yesterday on my Barracuda Silver Sport Glide and went to H-D today to pick up any in stock parts that I purchased for a quick install so here is the only single part they had, and my first official mod...drumroll......

From Vance and Hines: short shots, big radius, and big shots staggerd can be installed.

I chose pro pipe 2:1 black to ditch chrome, but if I could stand the loudness I like the short shots looks.
I chose performance over sound and looks. Plus the short shots looked like they would burn my wife’s foot off. They end right at passenger pegs. Big Radius curve downward and reduce lean angle. I didn’t want the big shots.

 

Been a little bit waiting arrived from hd yesterday.
Went for a ride after work. Storms came in so started installing. This side went quick less than 30 minutes.

however having issue with shifter side. Stripped out t45 bolt head, now in process of drilling head off to remove mid mount. Once off i can reinstall all else is disconnected.

 

Been correcting the paint all week while my bars and risers are at powder coat.

 

What ya correcting? Chips?
