Update on the Reckless Fairing.
Hello Burbur2,
"is the cable front light bar long enough to allow bar sit on front fender or you have to release more wiring or maybe it was just hanging on wires?"
The front light bar has cables that are zip tied underneath and will hang.
I used some old packing pads to support them on the front fender. I chose not to cut the zip tie and kept it neat and tidy.
"From what you are saying looks like you cant simply remove it and install standard windshield correct? I understand upgrade to mounting bolts is needed depending which shield or fairing you want to be on correct?"
Yes, you cannot use the stock windshield mounts on the fairing and vice versa. The top fairing mounts are closer to the nacelle than the windshield mounts.
I am keeping the fairing on for cooler/longer distance rides.
It would take less than 45 minutes to completely remove it or mount the windshield for warmer/short rides.
This motorcycle is very versatile and weighs so much less than a touring model.
I hope this helps.
Thank you for your time,
Lboy.

I recently had a mounting bolt break off on my fairing.
I had to have it tapped out.
I then found the fairing had been rubbing against the front of the nacelle. It had left a deep mark
I remounted it and tried several ways to use their mounting spacer and washers.
It is in contact with the nacelle. See images.
The brackets clear the fuel tank and the fairing does not hit the headlight nor the passing lights.
I have contacted Reckless Motorcycles and their tech email.
I think if they lengthen the brackets to 3/4 of an inch, it should clear and give space w high freeway miles.
Please hold on purchasing. I cannot recommend this to anyone at this time.
Thank you for your time,

Fitted the fairing/windshield today and some TrackerDie blanking plates after removing the turn signals (new ones integrated in the Moons tail-light).
Super happy with the look and it’s so great to ride, although the 11” shield directs the wind straight at my head (I’m 6’ 1”) if I sit upright so I may swap for the 13”.

Thanks for the IDEAS
So it is hard for me to believe, but last weekend I traded my 2017 Ultra Roadglide in for a 2020 Heritage 114! Wife had a Can Am Spyder RT Limited, but wanted to get back to 2 wheels and I found a 2017 103 Heritage with 1500 miles super clean at Central Texas Harley here in Austin and Johnny (who I have know for 20 years) asked me if I thought about trading mine in. Turned out she got the 2017 Heritage and I got an offer I couldn't refuse and road away on the 2020 Heritage 114!
Putting an engine guard, PM Renthal grips, and a Low Seat on hers.
I am making a few more changes to mine however.
Heel Shifter, Mustang Solo with backrest, S&S Slip-ons, PowerVision, and the HD Get-a-Grip (Renthal style) grips.
Eventually, I will get Woods 22Xe cams, Fueling Oil Pump and Cam Plate, and the PowerCommander AutoTune module, laydown plate bracket, LED Brake/ Turn Signals, and black mirrors.

Thanks. I had a 2000 Fatboy and 7 Harleys, a 2000 Kawasaki Concours, and a BMW 1150GS since. This Heritage feels its the best things between the best of the HD Touring bikes, the Connie, and the Fatboy. I was blown away how nimble and light it feels. It seems to have a Sport Touring heart to her.
