Added the panty dropper fender emblem from nasty baggers. So far it has not yielded any success 😂

Nice looking seat, Ric, any first impressions? Looks like it might even fit my LR.

Thanks Dan. It's a Whiplash Slipstream I received yesterday. Waiting for it to warm up just a little today before hitting the road for the first time. Sat on it in the garage and it felt just a little lower than stock.

Installed HD Get-A-Grip on my 20 Sport Glide. Feels good sitting in the garage. Get them a road test in the next few days. Feels MUCH BETTER than the stockers.

I started tearing my 18 FXLR apart to try and find a ticking noise in the valve train. I slated it to the rear cylinder exhaust side of the valve train. Pretty sure I have a lifter that isn't bleeding down.... Kinda frustrating considering there is less than 750 miles on the bike.

If the lifter wasn't bleeding down it would remove all the clearance for those two valves and could possibly even hold them open. If you're hearing ticking sounds it's more likely that a lifter isn't pumping up, or the lifter to lifter bore clearance is excessive allowing it to bleed down, and more likely still that there is excessive rocker tip to valve stem clearance on one of those two valves.

I'm actually about to start a new thread to get some assistance in trouble shooting and get some feedback on what I'm seeing...
