after thinking about this we really do know who the ladies are here because they can't accept somebody else's opinion. If you can't accept criticism, positive or negative, don't put pictures up of what you're doing. Actually I'm kind of shocked that someone got butt hurt because of the comments. If everybody liked the same thing we'd all be riding the same bike. Now get back to washing dishes🤣🤣

Dude I am not butt hurt and I agree that posting on a public forum opens you up to criticism. However, I have always tried to only comment if it was positive. Obviously everyone has different views and I respect that. After seeing the post get slammed and nit picked numerous times it hit me wrong. We should welcome new riders to HD, Lord knows they need the sales.

Some take a bike that fits their needs and try to customize it into something they like. Other take a bike they like and customize it to fit their needs.

I've gotten crap for turning my Low Rider into a "wannabe Street Glide" with bags, cushy seat, and a Memphis Shades batwing fairing. Ya know, it looks good enough for me and the combo works great. Think what you will. It fits my mission and that's what I care about.

/QUOTE=AJ88V;18980490]I took FLS103's comment as mostly positive to the OP Antrelle Bozeman - It's your bike, make it the way you want it, ride it and don't worry with what others think. Maybe using the term 'ladies' was unnecessarily derogatory in these politically-correct times, but to those of us from an older generation, that's just guy (to guy) talk. Crap, that's what the drill sergeant called us.

I have got crap for replacing the Fat Bob front wheel/tire with a touring wheel and 190/90-19 tire, have also caught crap for the Memphis Shades Fairing and bags. My first new bike was an FXRT so I see nothing wrong with a sport/touring set up.
Speaking of the term "ladies", as a former GySgt I have probably heard and said much worse and thought I was being politically correct by using this term. In my day using "ladies" was mild...
