First I've heard of this one. Thought the transmission sumping issues were fixed with the Softails, but maybe not? Or am I misunderstanding what's being discussed here?
His third video (starts with the M8 with the throttle body and manifold removed) says venting the trans solves the crankcase breather puking oil. (Not seeing that yet on my low-mileage 107 motor, at least looking inside the air cleaner where they vent.).

Transfer (trans fluid moving into the primary) seems to only happen with hydraulic clutches, so only touring bikes not softails.
Sumping is what the A1 videos are talking about. That has to do with the engine oil, not the transmission.
That softail with all the oil buildup (happens to be a Fatboy like I have) is why me and many others vent the breathers out of the air filter to avoid all the oil (and hot air) going back into the throttle body.
Now the oil cap breather is said to help to avoid sumping.

Did you look at ordinary positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valves for this application? Those are cheap as dirt and available at every auto parts store. It wouldn't seem you'd need anything special, and for that matter, you could put the valve in the rubber line instead of the cap. Not as integrated as what you're planning, but it would be much easier to do.
pulled of it still have his function. I'm a person that does not like simple solutions, then I would be like so many other people out there
