Default '18 FXLR Fork Tube Diameter

I'll be replacing the handlebars and thinking about relocating the front turn signals to the fork tubes at the same time so I need clamps. Can anybody confirm that they are 49mm? I took a SWAG with a ruler and would rather not buy a caliper that I'd use once. Thanks!

Hey, thanks much! In addition to liking the looks better, that's 2 less cables to run through the handlebars.

Thanks for posting this. I used something like these from Amazon on my Dyna and they worked out great.

I liked that they don't tap into the bolts holding the tubes to the lower trees. It would make me nervous to have the bolt hold the forks together running through a pot metal casting.

The pot metal ones used to work OK, but nobody has one for the new tree profile.
I thought about the clamp mount but have my signals just up on my new bars for now.
Have a (working on) idea for a stand off to mount to the tree. I'll post some pictures when I get all the parts in so anybody can copy.

I used a HD Dyna relo kit. Fit perfectly and is of excellent quality.

That couldn't possibly work! I checked the fitment and it only lists up to 2017 Dyna models.
