Sounds like a good plan.

Clutch adjustment mate , 99% will solve your issue. My 2020 in first 1500 was a Bi$%h took it in for first service which clutch adjustment is part of, and it now clicks though beautiful and gets natural no dramas at all, lightest click, boom natural.
It is easy to do if your that way inclined. Pop derby cover, loosen jam nut back out Allen key . Back of clutch cable by unclipping lock on cable adjuster push together and lock in retracted position, wind the adjustment bolt in till it JUST touches no more, double check your self, then 3/4turn in, lock jam nut, 10ftlb I think it is, unclip cable lock it self adjusts, then lock it again. Check cable and level free play, check clutch basket movement. Install derby cover and new seal.

Hey guys quick question, do the floorboard inserts on the bike flex and tilt around?
I was watching this guy install something on his roadglide and I noticed when his foot when moved around on the floorboard surface it would tilt and flex in that direction.
Do the floorboards that that on the fat boy?

I haven't noticed mine doing it Fran, and I mount and dismount from the right side while standing on the floorboard.
