Have you contacted Saddlemen directly Cootey? I bought my first one from Dennis Kirk and ended up returning it to Saddlemen directly when Alex Paul from their company allowed me to trade it in for full purchase price at less than a month old toward one with a backrest. I paid shipping for both seats but other than that only the difference in price between the two models. They were great to deal with, especially since I didn't buy the first one directly from them.

So it looks like around Feburary when the new model year comes out, I'll finally be able to get the bike. I'm still not entirely complete on details for the money im getting but it's more than enough to pay for the bike in full, so I wanted to ask you guys if you're willing to share how much OTD you guys got your Fat Boy for.
I have to file an expedited request for the government to release the money they owe me so they're asking for a "itemized list" of what it will cost the get the bike, and the things I need/want for it.
I'm looking at gathering some info(ammo?) for when I call the dealerships here.
@iHodor Do you happen to know anything about any of the dealers here in WA? I'm closest to Jet City HD, and Emerald City HD, but I dont mind calling around the region to try to get a competitive deal. Any of the dealerships you think I should avoid?

I may give it a go. I'm in Australia.

I've only dealt with two HD dealerships Fran and can't say I am entirely happy with either of them. Not entirely unhappy either though. From all I've read the happiest customers are those who've been able to develop a longtime relationship with the same dealer and their return business earns them appreciation and a fair shake. For the rest of us it's hit and miss.
I traded in a Deuce to get my Fat Boy so my deal would not be anything that would help you. If you figure on MSRP and your deal comes in there, or less you'll likely walk away satisfied, especially if you have the time to live with the price before you plunk your money down. The more homework you do the less likely you'll end up with buyer's remorse. Or walk away with a bad deal.
Good luck!

Beautiful ride! When I bought mine, I was “this close” to buying a ‘20 in that exact color. Nice to see one out there.

It's one of the best colors the M8 Fat Boy has come out in since it's release.
Black Tempest, River Rock, and Barracuda Silver and Black Denim are all my favorite colors the bike has come in.

They sit higher than the stock pipes so I'm thinking it will be good. This was the reason I opted for the Rinehart pipes. I really liked the Bassani's but they sit low and there are lots of complaints about clearance.
