Yep!
I'm actually considering a Hammock, with backrest. The Sundowner is much, much better than the stock though.

It’s actually not too bad, but I am very aware of it and I do my best not to go crazy with it.

How's the clearance on the Gen-3 Bassani's? Is it better than the Gen-1/2's? Been thinking about getting a set of these but I'm just worried about the clearance in the turns.

i don’t have experience with any of the other generations. The pipe is definitely lowered than a lot of others out there. That being said, I don’t have a problem with it scraping but I am aware of it and I do try to be careful.

if I really wanna go knee down and attack the twisties, I have other bikes that are better for that stuff. For just “regular fun” riding on curvy country roads, the Fatboy with the Bassani does just fine.

Default Slow progress

More progress, plate relocation bracket installed. Rear turn signals wired and mounted to fender. Slowly but surely.

Rear fender back on. Cleaning up the rear fender brings focus back on the fat rear end.

That is the biggest myth around, don't buy into it. I've ridden solid wheels for decades & have never had a problem with the imaginary sail effect.

Ah, those tiny little signal lights are so cute at that age :-)
