Ah I see.
I was looking at the 150/70/18inch rear tires to put on front. Been wondering if anyone else has tried a 150/70 front.
I went with the metzelers because I couldn't find anything else. I work at the Dunlop plant in Buffalo and have been asking Qaulity and Design people when they're going to get a tire for us. I was told it is in testing. So I guess they're working on it. lol I have been considering a D407 DUnlop 180/55/18 but don't want to spend the money on something and then have it not fit under the front fender.

I was looking at the new cobra Chrome 150/70/18, because I saw somewhere on this forum that some was able to easily mount a 150/70 on the front, and AVON's chrome tire uses their new higher milage but stickier compound.
Let me see if i can find those posts.

Well, I like my Metzelers but cannot give a proper "Mileage count" because I'm immature and like burnouts. However I can say that my Michelin Scorcher 11s were the worst tires I ever rode on. I personally believe that I had a defective set, but I wasn't going to bother arguing with my dealer. I got the Metzelers and everything has been 100 times smoother and more enjoyable.
I'd like to get Dunlops mainly because they are my employer, and I'd like to support my job.

Unfortunately Metzler doesnt make the 880 anymore, At least not in that size.
Now its the 888s, and im hearing people dont like them as much.
But Ive been hearing a lot of very nice things about the Avons.
18 RG special yes comes black, chrome on 17 up RG, loads fs on ebay
Bolts straight up, does not stick out farther as tapers in at back
Done it cos i prefer the look & it shields the TBW connector better from the elements, cheap external breather mod option too
this is brilliant. I just dont think a 114 intake bolts to a 107... so ill never be able to do it. I tried fitting a Fatbob 114 intake to my fatboy and things just would not line up.

Wow... I didn't know the discontinued them. that's dissapointing.
Hey all - Been lurking for a while, thought I'd say "hi". Thanks for all the awesome posts and info on this forum!
Picked up a 2018 FLFB a few weeks back, already had Rinehart slip-on's, chrome side covers, a crash bar, windscreen, plate relocation, K&N air cleaner, plus a few minor things. Upgraded to Rinehart 2:1, FP3, passenger floorboards, highway pegs, Mustang seat set, cruise control, Harley saddlebags, mirrors, LED signals, RAM mounts, etc. Next weekend = S&S 475 cam and a clutch upgrade, plus ditching the rider floorboards and crash bar. Love it so far, traded in a Road Glide and don't miss it a bit so far
