Thanks mate, I'm probably going to take off the apes, due to shoulder injuries and try something else as they are not swept enough, there are other bars with more sweep. See how I go. Also the K&N makes it run super lean, pops and bangs now. I have a maximus tuner so I may have a little play around. Other than that it's perfect!

Gday Cootey, Have read in interest the K&N debate and there is some knowledgeable people on here. There is a thread devoted to this and a lot of evidence the oem filter is better for the 114 motor due to the backing plate and properties of the oem filter. Your description of lean and popping is typical of the K&N performance. Even though yours looks great I am still leaning towards the OEM setup. But couldnt agree more, make it yours and it is a great bike

I wonder if the OEM filter can be retrofitted to the K&N housing...??

Picked this up a few weeks ago. Had 1580 miles on it, Bassani 2:1, windshield (unknown which one), and hand grips.
First HD, had lots of big metric v-twins, this thing is fantastic!

Traded my 2013 CVO Road King for this 2018. PO put less than 300 miles, change of heart on riding. Need a more comfortable seat, looking at Drag Specialties Predator III.

I am looking at a similar bike in white with 800 miles and similar add on. Just curious as to what you paid and what kind of warranty you have. They want 19,000 for the one I am looking at. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Does seem that the seat becomes more comfortable over time. My bike has now over 2000 miles on it & the seat is becoming softer and feeling better.
