I don't know if they make that sissybar anymore.

Been testing the Hammock Seat and Explorer RS Seats against each other. One of my favorite things about this bike is how easily it turns into A touring bike, and back into an aggressive solo cruiser.
The Hammock Seat is comfy so far, The Explorer RS is more comfy for a passenger though.

As for being a capable touring bike,i completely agree. I threw a Saddleman BR3400 sissy bar bag on my luggage rack, and had the Detachables saddlebags and 15 inch windshield and I would’ve rode that bike anywhere had I kept it, I thought the FB was a very comfortable ride. I still have the sissy bar bag, I use it on my Street Glide now in lieu of a $1500 tour pack and I have at least double the room.
Love that paint !

It's the Harley Hammock Seat, and it's a little bit higher than the stock seat, about the same as the Explorer RS, I think slightly forward.
It's pretty comfy and has that bucket to it that holds you nicely.
I think this seat would actually make you more cramped.
My Saddlemen Knuckle Profiler seat was the seat that made me get the 4inch Pullback Risers because it moved me back the farthest and lower. It's an excellent solo/racing seat for the Fat Boy.

Ok so I have my first complaint about the Hammock Seat now.
Today and yesterday I was out ripping around on the freeway and my favorite twistie road, getting back into the groove of riding like I have a deathwish, and I realized that the Hammock seat makes it hard to move your butt around and shift weight when leaning into a corner.
For anyone that uses basic motoGP body position and rides fairly hard like I do, this seat will be a hinderance at getting your butt to move a bit so you can get better body positions for cornering.
It keeps your butt stuck there pretty much in the center and you have to more lean with the bike's angle instead of leaning over the tank.
OFC you don't get a comfy touring seat to rip around the twisties like a street Rossi, so it's no big deal for touring and cruising long miles on the freeway.
I'll be switching back to the Knuckle profiler seat as I'm not going to be doing long range rides for a while.

From 2018 to 2023MY? I miss my old lump!!
My first harley was a 2018 FLFBS. I did heaps to it but it still had character. I've gone around the block since, had an Ultra and now have a cool sport glide. I'm looking at bikes again (still not settled) and the Mrs said the Fatboy was the coolest, and most enjoyable bike (with a good seat!). I have to agree, I miss the involvement of the ride and it's 110% cool factor. Has anyone gone from the early models to the newer wheels and how did it ride? Better or worse? My old one I fitted a Heritage shock, and breakout wheels. I would probably keep the wheels OEM this time if they're any good, they do look better. Thoughts? Cheers!

A few things spring to mind - the OEM seat is "pants"! (mine fortunately came with a Hammock seat but I also have a Sundowner seat as well); the finish on the inserts of the wheels is not brilliant (textured, well quite rough actually - just had mine painted) but I prefer the solid wheels to the new slotted ones and the satin finish to some of the parts is an acquired taste - but all easily rectified/changed.
The one thing I will say is, with all the parts I've bought, and by the time I've finished (still work in progress), I'll easily be able to transform it, by adding, swapping or removing parts, into a Tourer, Cruiser or Bar Hopper - it's like having 3 bikes in one.
