There's a painter out in my area that I might be able to re-clear my bike's fenders and tank, and I was thinking afterwards to truck bed liner on the bottom to protect it for life.
I've been doing durability upgrade stuff to my bike and have been thinking about paint protection choices.

I undercoat the fenders too, they hardly put any paint on these things at all. And as for the fenders, that stupid lip they do is sharp so paint is never going to stick to it at the best of times.
If they bent your fender that much did you manage to get it back into shape? ...I would have thought the paint would have cracked on the top as well as just the lip ...mind you, the last 2 bikes I had got chips in exactly that point and then the water, then rust gets in. I use PPF on the leading edge. It is noticeable, but a lot nicer than rust bubbling under the paint

The main thing that I'm having done is getting the Wheels painted - the inserts to be specific.
The wheels should look like this when done
Picture was painstakingly edited using MS Paint.
At the same occasion I'll be painting (Gloss Black) the inner part of the brake discs and belt drive pulley.
However, I've been acquiring parts to do a bit of a cosmetic makeover, which I've already had some parts painted:
Somewhere in the timeframe, I'll be getting the secondhand Tank I have lined and painted (I already have another complete Fuel Pump Assembly).
Plus some custom paint work on the tank console.
Later on down the line I have a Stage 1 kit to install consisting of:
