Hey folks, currently have a 48 but have been thinking about the low rider. How do the M8s compare to the rubber mounted evo in regard to the motor shake at idle in the frame... see I like that. Do the M8 still have that raw feel... or is it refined like any other street bike. Been meaning to take test ride soon

If you're changing the handlebars, you can probably go wayyy up. The curve of the bars is so long that there's a ton of cable to run through the bar. A lot more than a typical handlebar in my experience.

I put 10" mini apes on mine and didn't have to extend the wires. I did put on a 37" upper clutch cable and 42" brake line but could have used the stock ones by rerouting. I rode it a couple times before changing those, there was some slack but it was close. Here's a pic to give you an idea of what I've got.
That looks good. I was thinking of maybe some 12 or 14” not really sure yet. I have 10” on my street glide and would like these just a bit higher.
