I had them on my last three bikes. I measured temps with the Power Vision and there was virtually no difference. The PV measures temps at the rear cylinder so no worries as far as air flow.

I’ve had no issues with temps.

I put the 12" Straight Jacket on my 20 Heritage. No issues at all. Great handlebars!

is it possible you bought a set designed for springer front end? Some bars designed for springers have a narrower clamp area.

I don't have a pic but I can tell you it doesn't slope like the sundowner. I originally had the sundowner and that slope is the reason I got rid of it. Another option would be the pillion of of an older heritage.

Would still like to have a backrest, but I guessing it will have to be some kind of custom made unit. Tempted to have a bent plate made to weld onto the Grasshopper to make it extend further forward.
hi, I'm thinking to swithc from my LR to the Heritage, but I need a reach seat due to the forward control on the heritage; which reach seat did you put? and does it fit with the passenger pad? thanks

hi, is the seat combo "Reach Solo De Luxe Style + Touring Passenger Pillion Softail/deluxe style"?

thanks

Short front shift lever and longer rear shift lever.

Rider's view.

Stock length vs. machined length.

Machined by hand and you could not see the cut area.

what abt the rear brake pedal?
