Looking at the pictures on the Dakota Digital website - the "level" is not shown. I do see what appears to be
a gas pump symbol. I am guessing that it is an 'switchable option' to show the fuel level on the bottom section of
the gauge. The HD gauge that I have always shows the level... I looked at the Koso gauges, they
look nice. I might have gone for the 4" version on my Sportster if they had been available back in '13.

Here's the HD version that I have showing fuel level all the time.

Josh told me, whatever shows up on stock gauge will show up on theirs.

All I'm pointing out is that the display is not the same (segmented sweep display) - looking at the guage setup
pdf (shown below) what I see is more of a "Range to Empty" calculation. Maybe the HD guage uses this to light
the segmented display at the bottom, I dont know.

When you get yours installed you can show us how it works then.

Will be happy to. If you go into Hulkss posts, he has a pic showing fuel at 40% .
Dakota products are made in the USA. 🙂

Been nice if you'd done the legwork & posted the link...
Maybe I wasn't clear - all I'm pointing out is that the HD guage
has a segmented sweep resembling what an analog guage shown all
the time whereas with the DD guage, they replace the 2nd message
line with a percentage number. So again, while it is the "same information",
it is NOT presented as with the HD gauge... Its not a bad thing, just different...

Oh, and for those lazy like me, I did the legwork....

You guys are killing me (Morish and WKNDS)! I did not know these gauges existed and I like them both. The H-D condensation is a real pain and I had it on my 2018 and now my 2019. No excuse for H-D not solving this issue. When I got my 2018, there was a brief period of warranty on a seal. It was brief because I brought my bike in for the "repair" and it no longer existed. If someone pinned me down and said name one fault with the Heritage, that could be it. All mods I have done so far have been fun, nothing necessary. The guage is an issue. And you guys have given me a solution - thanks! That will be a must item but only after the stage 2 ;-)

Thanks! I think Don't rule out the Koso gauge. If it were available in '13 when I bought the HD gauge, I probably
would have used it instead. I personally like the visible full sweep tach with digital speed. You might
notice it has a full-time fuel-guage shown, similar to the HD gauge.

I contacted by email Koso and asked them which digital multifunction gauge fits my 2019 Heritage 114.
this is their response 🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗.

I contacted Dakota via email and Josh responded in a timely fashion. That’s important to me that a company response to an inquiry.
Another reason is do to Mr. Hulkss. He has posted extremely helpful info and is quality minded .

Ok, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
