I've seen a few people having a Corbin Classic solo seat on their Heritages. May I ask how it changes the riding position compared to stock? I just replaced my Road King with a new Heritage and Corbin seats are usually my first mod, but I don't want to change the riding position too much from stock.

Yes a profiler...pushes you back and feels lower (also dropped the backend 1"), not as wide...didn't spend to much time with the stock seat. Most of my bikes in the past have always ran some sort of a minimalist seat. I don't do any cross country riding...I run around Indiana, Michigan, Ohio...for me its comfortable (5'9", 177lbs) No hot spots & I enjoy the look! (I guess for a comparison my wife can flat foot the Heritage at 5'4). I like the low in the pocket feel! Does Not have the same back support as the Step Up!

This is what I've been thinking about doing. So you're saying the boards don't touch down easier WITH the extensions? Seems like they would.
