Thanks Uncle G. The WW's were part of my bargaining during the purchase. That and the sissy bar. The pipes and stage 1 tune were already done by the dealer.

I was rear ended by another bike last year and had marks on my bars too. I sanded it down with light paper and sprayed it. You wouldn't see it unless I pointed it out.
I did get payment for tour pack where he hit me. It was a friend and hated to get him on all the damage if I could make due.

While I really like HD tourpack what is annoying after you lock it upper lid still have about 0.5” movement up and down so while you hit pot hole it makes rattling sound. For 1000$ item this is ridiculous. Not sure how to fix this thing. I don't want to bend lock hook as you cant buy spare so it is not easy fixable if you mess it up.

Any ideas?

How about a price of grip on rubber sealing trim like car door seals used to be made of?

I bent the hook on my HD Tour Pak so it would lock. Mine had no play, it just wouldn't lock.

Default Front fork air baffle

Has anyone tried one of these for the Heritage? Do they even make one? It's this thing: https://fortnine.ca/en/drag-specialt...hoC674QAvD_BwE

Apparently they were stock on touring bikes for awhile. Stops the wind from coming up between the forks and over the gas tank, providing a more serene riding experience. Less buffeting and whatnot. I may buy one and see if I can make it fit, but thought I'd see if anyone beat me to it. Thanks!

I bought a Viking tour pak and mounted it to the stock Harley hardware. It's larger, better made, and less expensive. Highly recommend.

Its often called the 'dog dish' or 'wind baffle'. I've done it on my older TwinCam Softail Slim, but it does take some
modifications to make it work. If the newer '18+ M8 softail frontends are basically the same as the older models,
all that you need is an angle bracket to mount the dogdish to, and trim down the outer edges.... Here's a few
pics of mine (2013 slim)

good luck,

T.
