Thanks. They are quality bars. I’ve found them very comfortable regarding wrist angle etc. coming from the stock bars which also were comfortable for me, I just needed more height.

Default Luggage/Backrest

I just got back from a great trip, 4 days, 2000 miles of beautiful and twisty roads. Perfect weather and little traffic.

For this trip I strapped a Sealine 30 litre bag on the back fender. I have paint protection film on the fender. It was very secure, handy to have all the motel gear in a removable bag, and the best part.... made the seat infinitely more comfortable for me!

Thanks.
7000 miles and my back tire is done. Surprising, because a fair chunk of that is just city cruising.

Mine was bald at 7000 miles. Trying a Bridgestone H50 Battlecruise now. Supposed to last longer. It does handle great.

Really happy with the Metzler Cruzetech on the rear of my 114 Heritage, handles well and feel good. My 4th rear at now 12,500 miles.

Added these today. Wow, they look great and should help motorists see me. Amber LED Bulbs

Clear when off. Amber when on.

Default Non-Vibrating Flush Black Gas Caps

New flush gas caps from H-D. The stock chrome caps reflected too much sun and the fill cap was a vibrating noise maker.

The left is a one piece stick-on. I put the right fill cap in the tank and wrapped the edge with a few layers of masking tape to take up the clearance and center the trim ring when I stuck it on.

Are the amber lights plug and play? Does the amber light provide more light coverage than the OEM white light?

Thanks again for the lead. Installed them yesterday and am lovin' it! Took about 30 minutes, and like you said, the passing lamps turn on and off just fine. Be aware that there is a right and left cover. Compare to the factory part before you try to install the replacement.
