So If you happen to have done the 23" or 26" front tire on a street glide I would love to see it and hear about your experience. Been looking at the 23" and it just needs a triple tree to ge tit done. The 26" looks like you need to do a slip fit weld in neck and tree's. Then I seen a couple setup's (like one from ness) that shows only trees to do a 26"?

I have a 23" front. I used Pickard USA 6 degree triple trees. It handles perfectly. Only problem is the 2014 linked brake system does not know how to handle any wheel larger than a 21". The bigger wheel throws off the wheel speed sensors and the ABS system disables itself. There is currently no fix for this with a 23" or larger wheel.

 

Agreed on the 2014 ABS issue, but I believe someone has resolved it up to 23", but I could be incorrect.

Here's my '08 with Pickard 6* trees, 23" PM wheel. Absolutely love the ride. I 've had this setup for well over a year, and it rides fine, no issues.

Handles well, 80 mph no hands no problem. Abs not an issue because I ran from master to caliper, but abs light stays lit.

 

thxs for responses, ordering the Performance Machine syndicate wheel contrast cut 26". Now time to break out the mig welder and get to work. paul
