Default "No Playable Media Fount" message

I've got an iPhone7+ and I'm getting this message from my infotainment system. Am I just needing an update?

Edit: It is driving me crazy that I have a typo in the thread title. Obviously "found" was what I meant to type.

Just a guess, but is your music DRM protected from Apple? I think they removed all digital rights from the music purchased from them but not sure if you have to manually do something.

I got the following from the Boom pdf:

https://www.harley-davidson.com/cont...Boom_OM_EN.pdf

I get that message from a flash drive approximately once every 500 miles. When it happens, I pull the flash drive, wait about 1 minute and reinsert. I may need to recheck menu options such as shuffle and I'm good to go.

I haven't been able to track the problem where I'm confident I know what's causing it. I do know it is an incorrect message as it pops up while it's playing playable media

I'm playing from Pandora. It's never been an issue. I thought maybe it was the iPhone cable, so I got a new cable, but have the same issue.

I started getting that same message this week, right after having my Boom updated. Using a 5s. Loaded Pandora, thought it fixed the problem, but started doing it again today. Press OK and it may come back right away or 20 miles later????? Unplug the Iphone and all is normal.

Yeah mine plays through bluetooth no problem, but it's not as loud via bluetooth.
