Yes to both questions. I just tried it again and the site is working now. I think the server was down when I was trying.
It shows both the brake line and brake master cylinder recalls being "closed". My question is this though. If I start the bike in gear with the clutch lever pulled all the way in, it pulls forward. It feels like when a clutch cable bike needs more free play. Is that normal with these clutches? My CVO bike with hydraulic clutch never does this. And this clutch does grab very early but I just attributed that to it being brand new.
What do you guys think?
Thanks.

I just logged in, and got the same 403 error. I'll try it later, maybe it is traffic. Odd that URL of the error page appears to be for rentals. It reads as:
rentals.harley-davidson.com/recalls/

Got my appt for next week. Have not received a letter
Spoke with a friend who works at an HD dealership
He told me this should again have been a do not ride recall. Said a guy was bringing in for a recall, as he came into the lot the clutch master gave out, he almost hit a dozen bikes. Luckily he hit the kill switch fast enough
