I'm going to keep riding. Just be aware it may fail, allow an extra space cushion in traffic, pull the clutch in early and have my thumb on the kill switch when coming to a stop, don't release the front brake when sitting at a red light.

Have a friend who took is bike to the dealer for some mod work this past Tuesday before much was known about this recall. The dealer called him yesterday to tell him the work was done, and then told him he couldn't have his bike back until the recall service has been performed. They couldn't give him a date because they don't know when they will have the parts for it.
So if you take your bike in for service now (perhaps an oil change) they might keep it for a while until after they fix the clutch issue.

Yep, mine is parked in the garage until they can take it in. Glad I didn't trade in my Dyna...

If you have the HD ESP and the dealer keeps your bike or if they decide to issue a Do Not Ride order like last time you can get a rental to ride while the dealer waits on parts. It paid for a rental for 5 days last time. The dealer covered the 2 extra days the ESP wouldn't cover until I got mine back. The ESP have a 5 day limit per occurrence.
