Default cupped tires

Rear tire on my 2013 FLTRX cupped bad on sides and i made sure it had 40# of air. Just put 407T on rear and I am putting 42 # of air. Will see if this helps.

I have had the same issue on both the front and rear tires when running OEM tires on my 13 RGU and now on my 14 Limited after only 10k miles. Yes, low tire pressure will do it, but I am religious about maintaining tire pressure. After two sets on my 13 RGU I switched to Dunlop American Elites and had no cupping issues with the tires. I just changed out the tires on my Limited to the Elites this past weekend. Hoping for the same performance as on my RGU.

I run 42 in my rear touring tires, instead of 40.

I read about that on here a few years ago, and it does HELP tire wear.

Mine is fine, but then I just had it replaced at 8500 miles under my tire and wheel warranty.

Had the same thing happen on my 09 then replaced with American Elites bought and installed at my Indy called him back and asked if I took someone else's bike. That much better.
