Those bars look great!

Just a heads up, but maybe you should rethink the no belt guard thing.
That could easily and often does end up being a 5-600 dollar repair when a rock or something jumps in there and destroys the belt.

Don't ask how I know...

Now that is a look I love on someone else's bike!

SERIOUSLY it looks great but is can't be comfortable unless you truly have ape arms. LOL

I went with the LA Choppers 13" Twin Peak Apes.
The look great and feel great on my 2015 RGS.
All of the stock cables and wiring worked without having to replace anything.
I also purchased LA Choppers bar clamp system, the stock clamp was weak IMO.
Here are a couple of pictures.

Yaffe 10" MBB installed today in about 4 hours. After reading all the tips here and buying this video (http://www.lawabidingbiker.com/buyvideos/) I'm glad I did this. That video is likely overkill for most of you here but I pre-watched it and made a list of tools needed then went and got what I needed before starting. Then I basically watched and paused it as I went along. I need to ditch the fairing mirrors now.

Thanks everyone for all the tips and such.

You can buy traditional grip mirrors and install them upside down. Depending on the mirror size it could work. The HD Edge Cut Mirrors flipped work great with my 10" Yaffe's.

12 inch KST bars. Avon heated hand grips. Ness micro mirrors. Extended cables and wires

Haha thanks! @ 6' 4" and long arms it's decent for shorter rides with the lepera solo, any distance and the hammock is there which changes the whole feel.

Default 16" Vindikta and matching Hwy Bar.

I did lengthen the clutch and brake line. The fit did not require shaving the fairing in my case. I like the look of 1 1/2 inch bars and at 16" the stock mirrors work fine. Comfort and handling are better for me.

2014 SGS. $4,000 of improvements I like. More to come in Sturgis next week.

These are exactly what I'm wanting to get and install myself. I called Bagger Nation and talked to them, and they Highly recommended I purchase a heat shrink kit from them as well as a new TBW sensor from Harley. Are you saying you bought nothing but bars and everything else went back in without a hitch?

Default 16" Carlini Gangster Apes on RK

My RK has a set of 16" Carlini Gangster Apes. I also have a Fat Bagger 3" seat drop. The grips are even with my shoulders, makes for a comfortable ride.
