Could be cupping in the tire also.
That's a hum only new tires will fix

OP already stated no abnormal tire wear.

Subscribing. I have the same noise coming from my front wheel, worse when leaning left than right, but present any time I'm turning. Mine's a 13 with 14K miles. Been out of town all this week but will look into it when I get home. Good luck and keep us posted.

I suspect it's just tire noise. Every bike I have had has developed a hum when leaning slightly off center after a few thousand miles. My tires would do it even though there was no visible signs of uneven wear.

First thing is to check the belt tightness - you could smoke a wheel bearing very quickly is a chain or belt is too tight.
That drive belt should be as tight as a banjo string...

My 2011 has made that noise before, but with a few more miles on the tires than that. When they start to wear down, they will make that noise when riding sweeping corners at speed.

A tell-tale sign of a bearing gone bad is they will usually leak, spraying grease all around your hub area. If that's clean, they probably are good.

Ya, that's always a good way to take out the bearings for sure.
I don't care what the book or dealer says there is no good reason to have the belt that tight. Only reason their tight from the factory is because a new belt will stretch a little then become snug like is should be.

Curious about the bearings as well. My front, right bearing is throwing grease. Not sure if that is a good or a bad thing. It is odd though.
