thanks for the response guys. I did look through the boom box manual last night but could find though list of icons and what they meant. the ones that I'm looking at that I could describe look like 3 thought bubbles. then there was one that looks like a telephone and others I was just hoping for maybe a list and what that meant. when I saw the phone what we were kind of out in the middle of nowhere and I thought maybe it was like a pay phone. But the only building there was a residential house

Go to "Navigation/Sirius XM" in the pull down menu....
Drag your mouse over "Navigation Menu" and another side bar menu appears...
Go to POIs on the top of the side bar menu.....this shows some of the icons and their meaning. But this link will show you how to find it in the system that will show you what they all mean and how to turn them on or off.
