Default Mustang Super Touring Compared to Stock

The Mustang Super Touring part no. 79538 arrived a few days ago and here is how it measures up to the stock seat on my 2014 Ultra. The passenger area is a little smaller, 14 1/4 wide by 11 1/4 deep vs 16 wide by 12 deep on the stock ( depth measured from the back of rider backrest to the passenger backrest with tourpak adjustment set all the forward ). My wife is petite so she still has enough room, after a long ride I'll see if she wants me to adjust the tourpak rearward some to give her more room. The rider area is larger of course 18 1/2 wide by 15 1/2 deep vs 16 3/4 wide by 14 1/2 deep on the stock ( depth measured from tip of nose to back of the riders bucket ). The overall length is 31 1/4 vs 31 1/2 on the stock ( the stock seat has a longer nose that goes up on the console ). The rider height was the same for both seats 31 ( I noticed Mustang no longer states the Super Touring positions the rider 1 inch lower ). The Super Touring positions the rider 1 1/4 farther back compared to the stock seat. I like the way the seat positions me, it feels good, reminds me of the way I felt on my Street Glide. The 1 3/4 additional width as well as the firmer foam should help with rider comfort on long rides. Overall I like this seat and it looks just fine mounted on my Ultra, I think the larger passenger backrest on these Rushmore bikes compliments the additional width of the Super Touring seat, doesn't look bad at all in my opinion. Please take note this comparison is to the stock seat from a 2014 Ultra, seats from previous years are a little different. I've included a couple pics.

Thanks for the review! I've been looking at this seat to use on my 14' SGS when my wife wants to come along for longer rides. I plan to run a C&C fastback when solo and use this for touring 2-up.
