Here what I was told by the Owner of Smokey Mtn. HD in Maryville Tn. He said about 4 yrs ago HD got 8 big dealers or so together and they used them in the Rushmore devilment stage of what should be done to help and make bikes more comfortable and more enjoyable to ride. To me they have done just that.

He is serious. I was one of the guys he invited over. We had BBQ and talked bikes with them.

I have been a part of the advisory group - completed surveys since 2011.

Wow, that's interesting they went through so much effort. I guess they asked things like how long have you been riding, what kind of trips you take, to decide who to include. Are you all about the same age? Did most of you ride touring bikes?

I was there too. We cooked some Harley Davidson branded Bratwurst and drank Miller High Life. It was all drop shipped from Milwaukee before they showed up!
