Default '13 and Earlier Lower Fairings on '14 and up Rushmore

Will the '13 and older lower fairings fit the '14+ Rushmore bikes? I know the fairings themselves have a different part number, but the contour of the engine guard looks the same. Anyone confirm this?

AFAIK they should fit.

I think it's the same engine guard.

I have not tried it....

Maybe, even probably, but I think there maybe a lot of hidden challenges to overcome, such as availability of gauges etc. that will work with the wiring harness on a 2014 and fit an earlier fairing. I just had my outer fairing off my bike today and there's some interesting modifications electrically.

Asking about the lower fairings only, not the batwing.

Oops. Sorry. Don't know how I missed that. I've confirmed that the engine guard is the same part number so the lowers should fit.

Yeah, I know this thread is ancient, but I need to ask..has anyone done this in reverse? Have you put Rushmore fairing lowers on a 13 or older tourer? I have a broken fairing lower on my 12 Limited and I want to put the newer lowers on because I like the improved venting system on the Rushmore lower. I've been told they will fit. Have you done it?
