Can't seem to get intercom to work on my limited.
After reading other threads on this issue i have made sure the intercom is on,
the rear volume controls are on and up, even made sure pin connector is in proper position.
when I push the ptt the radio volume goes down and the intercom icon operates
but no sound or even any static coming from headsets.
What am I missing hear?

Go to the Intercom and set the vox to about 1/2 scale and it should work. Also make sure the audio is turned on for both front and rear. When you push the PTT that is the CB. It will work as an intercom also. You probably don't have the volume turned up in intercom mode. Each mode has its own volume control. Set the vox first and while the intercom is active you can turn the volume up. Same goes for CB, except it works when the PTT is pressed. You have to set the intercom volume while intercom is active and the vox is the only way to get in that mode. Watch the screen while adjusting the volume and it will tell which volume is being set. I leave my intercom on all the time and just turn the vox down all the way to the left if not using it. You can use the PTT and communicate via CB and Intercom as long as CB is also on. This also fixes the problem with the cb having to be turned off and back on to get the voice in the head set to be able to hear it. The Vox works better on the 14's than it did on the earlier models. Don't worry about anyone hearing you on the cb unless they are riding with you. Range sucks.

Have had the trailer since 06 tow it everywhere love it. It only weighs 125 lb use it mainly to carry my wife's wheel chair that weighs 40 lb. You never know that it is there only time you feel it is on steel grated bridges, have to get used to it going around turns and gas stations. Towed it behind a stock 05 Ultra and never had any problems. Just got it repainted to match the trike.
